Breakfast and lunch events must start no earlier and finish no later than the times stipulated in the table above. Afternoon/evening events must end no later than seven hours from the start time or by midnight, whichever is sooner. The seven hours must be between 16h00 and 24h00. Extra hours can be pre-arranged for a surcharge of R1000 per hour, to a maximum of midnight. Please discuss this with us prior to making your booking.
All catering will be provided in-house. No own food or beverages may be brought onto the estate. Please refer to our selection of suggested menus. We are able to cater plated or buffet menus and will gladly quote for “mix and match” menus, or for your own menu upon request. Your final menu need only be advised fourteen days prior to your event. All menu prices in this information package are guide prices for events taking place between 1st August 2016 and 1st September 2017. Flowers & Decor
Our in-house team is able to provide all of your flowers and décor. Our coordinators will work with you to create just the style and effect you desire, within your budget. Special Dietary Requirements.
We will be happy to accommodate special dietary requests if advised prior to your event. While we are not a strictly Halaal venue, we are able to cater “Halaal friendly” upon request or arrange an outside Halaal caterer for up to 10% of your guests for a cover fee.
Bar Facility
A bar facility may be provided for a fee of R900. This fee includes bar tender/s. The bar will then be open for the entire duration of your function, unless otherwise specified by you, up until 30 minutes prior to the pre-agreed finish time.
Service Fee
Please note that a 10% service fee will be added to your total food and beverages account. This fee is not applied to drinks purchased at the bar by your guests for cash.
