Nano Wedding Package

This package is a “Stress Free” essential and meant for the couple that has planned a majority of their wedding and just needs help tying up loose ends and some expert advice.
 
We recommend contacting us 2-3 months prior to your event date.
Package Includes:
Complimentary consultation prior to booking.
Contract review.
Accessibility by e-mail or phone for questions.
2-hour consultation meeting to go over current status.
Site visit at venue to review layout, floor plan, décor and other recommendations.
(Travel costs may apply).
Creation of your event timeline.
Communication with all vendors regarding event timeline, arrival times, specifications and plan for returning of equipment, if applicable.
Final consultation meeting 1-2 weeks prior to event.
On-site Coordinator during wedding.
Direction of rehearsal (1 or 2 nights prior).
Wedding emergency kit.
Wrap up details after bride and groom depart.
Oversee safe packing and transportation of gifts and cards.
Delivery of welcome bags.
Customised bridal party schedules.
Min 40 guests and max of 150 guest. (If the number of guests exceeds 150 additional charges will apply).
Giga Wedding Package

This is the full package.
Everything in the Nano package will be included, but in addition we will also include the following:
Venue search assistance.
Contract review and negotiation.
Theme and style creation.
Budget setting and management.
Site visits to venue(s).
Vendor recommendations and contract negotiation.
Transportation coordination.
Accommodation coordination.
Assistance or creation of hotel gift bags, amenity baskets or favours.
Creation of event timeline and timelines for the wedding party.
Assistance with etiquette.
Vendor management and communication.
On-site event coordinator for rehearsal, ceremony and reception.
Handling of final details including final payments to vendors.
Any graphic design needed for invites, seating arrangements and cards.
Min 60 guests and max of 150 guest. (If the number of guests exceeds 150 additional charges will apply).
 
 
 
Wedding Styling & Decorative Package

This package is an add-on for the above packages.
This package includes:
2-4 meetings to establish a concept for the styling and decorative aspects of the wedding ceremony and reception.
Sourcing of all decorative suppliers to provide products and services required.
able mock-up to confirm the table styling (florals are charged at an additional cost).
Itemised costings and updates as required for all decorative elements.
